Description:
Tasks
· Provide
talent intelligence support to the Talent Supply Chain team.
· Develop
and generate analytical reports to address issues such as talent supply availability,
skills mapping, hiring success rate with competitor talents, among others
· Maintain,
enhance, modify various databases used to establish trends and baselines
· Conduct
competitor research on their performances, activities and other relevant industry-developments
· Conduct
adhoc market intelligence and research projects as requested by business groups
· Support
various talent sourcing groups in the business in strategy formulation by
providing business updates and market insights
· Provide
key insights based on various data sources
· Collect
various data sources via websites, government agencies, various organizations,
specialized communities, subscriptions and other channels
· Construct,
modify, and clean database models to ensure data reliability and validity
Detailed Work Activities
· Analyze
data to identify trends or relationships among variables
· Build
various data points from reliable sources to establish trends
· Prepare
analytical reports
· Prepare
graphics or other visual representations of information
· Apply
mathematical principles or statistical approaches to solve problems in
scientific or applied fields
· Collaborate
with other teams or vendors to implement projects involving BI tools, data
consolidation, and database admin
· Evaluate
data quality
· Prepare
data for analysis
· Determine
appropriate methods for data analysis;
· Evaluate
project designs to determine adequacy or feasibility
Qualifications:
Graduate
of BS Statistics or BS Math or other related courses
3 to 4 years experience doing
statistics work/function
Experienced in big data processing,
statistical analysis for quantitative surveys/studies, or predictive analytics
Good communications skills
Nice to
have:
VBA,SQL
