The Role
Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience across our permanent, fixed term and temporary workforce. If you’re highly organised, people-focused, and thrive in managing multiple conflicting priorities, this is your opportunity to make a real impact across recruitment at UKAEA.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors, Hiring Managers, and the wider business, you will deliver a professional and efficient recruitment administration service for a period of 9 months, supporting candidates through the recruitment lifecycle as well as a range of data and process management activities for new temporary joiners.
Key responsibilities:
The salary for this role is £29,328 and is offered as a 9 month FTC Onsite working is expected for 3 days a week, however, we actively support requests for flexible working.
This role will be based from our Culham, Oxfordshire site.
This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data.
