Job Description

We are working closely with Nottingham Community Housing Association to assist with the appointment of a Recruitment Coordinator, on a 4-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £16.85 - £18.99 per hour

Summary:

The Recruitment Coordinator will provide end-to-end recruitment coordination and high-quality customer service, acting as a key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates. The role will proactively build strong relationships with managers across the organisation, understand their resourcing requirements and coordinate recruitment activity from advertising through to appointment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build excellent working relationships with managers across the organisation to understand their recruitment and resourcing requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, providing a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate recruitment activity from initial advertising through to appointment.
  • Maintain and update recruitment activity accurately on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure recruitment documentation is issued within prescribed timescales.
  • Advise, coach and challenge hiring managers on appropriate recruitment and selection processes.

Essentials:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management experience.
  • Previous experience of volume recruitment across multiple industries.
  • Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Experience of managing onboarding and pre-employment compliance requirements.

  • You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
  • You should have right to work in U.K
  • This role requires a Standard DBS
