The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our People Team and support UK and global recruitment.

Working in our fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce fashion business, you’ll coordinate the recruitment process from application through to onboarding, supporting hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity from vacancy through to offer and onboarding.
• Manage interviews, assessments and scheduling across different teams, locations and time zones.
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, systems and candidate data.
• Support job postings, recruitment reporting, agencies and external recruitment partners.
• Assist with international recruitment and onboarding activity.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns and careers events.
• Contribute to wider People and Talent projects and identify ways to improve our recruitment processes.

Skills and Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a recruitment coordination role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident working with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Comfortable coordinating interviews across different locations and time zones.
• Proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
• Passion for recruitment, people and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

• Salary : £35,000 - £39,000
