About this Position

This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. The position will partner closely with plant leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs and implement effective attraction and selection strategies aligned with business objectives.

What you´ll do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer and hiring, ensuring timely and efficient staffing of plant positions.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Review resumes and applications and create shortlists of suitable candidates.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  • Support the development and execution of talent attraction strategies to identify and engage top talent.
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Support recruitment communication, engagement, and feedback initiatives in alignment with global talent acquisition practices.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and plant leadership teams to align hiring plans with operational and business needs.
  • Plan and organize recruitment events, job fairs, campus activities, and networking sessions.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and overall effectiveness.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, plant, or operations environments is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (written and verbal).
  • Customer-service and candidate-experience orientation.
  • Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
