Colliers are looking to appoint a detail-orientated Administrator or Talent/Recruitment Coordinator for a 14-month maternity leave cover. Working within our high-performing People & Performance team, you'll own employment contracts, recruitment marketing and key administrative activities that enable the seamless delivery of talent and HR initiatives across the business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Generate employment contract documentation, ensuring successful candidates and hiring managers are aware of terms and conditions of employment.
  • Assist in the coordination and development of marketing collateral for the numerous service lines to assist the Careers team in securing market leading talent, utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud & PowerPoint.
  • Conduct effective market research, assist with reporting and analytics whilst championing the evolution of AI in our daily team operation.
  • Work with the internal recruiters, HR team, hiring managers and other business service representatives to ensure new employees experience a positive and smooth on-boarding process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role with exposure to internal HR/Recruitment teams is highly regarded.
  • Ideally University degree qualified within Property or HR.
  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is highly regarded not essential.
  • High attention to detail, organisational and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interest in commercial property.
