An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team based at our Sunshine Coast head office.

About the Role

You'll be joining a supportive and established HR team, working closely with the Recruitment leader and National HR & Organisational Development Manager to assist with end-to-end recruitment across our business.

• Full-time position Monday to Friday (no weekend work).
• Modern office headquarters based in Kunda Park.

• Coordinate and support all aspects of the recruitment process – screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding- 360 recruitment approach.
• Assist with issuing contracts, gathering documentation, and ensuring compliance.
• Help maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across various departments.
• Attend and coordinate exciting events across the community- career expo's, school mock interviews, networking events and more.

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, can-do attitude.
• 1-2 years' experience in internal or agency recruitment (essential).
• Previous experience in a leadership role (highly desirable).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using various systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• A proactive, people-focused approach and team mindset.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow from feedback
