We’re keen to fill this role with the right person as soon as possible, so early applications are strongly encouraged. The advert may close once a suitable candidate has been identified.

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional and positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers across the College.
You will:
- Coordinate the full recruitment process from vacancy approval to onboarding
- Schedule interviews, assessments and candidate communications
- Advertise roles across our ATS, job boards and social media
- Support managers with timelines, guidance and recruitment best practice
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including safer recruitment checks
- Keep our ATS (Pinpoint) and Single Central Record up to date
- Support recruitment reporting, metrics and process improvements
- Contribute to employer branding and attraction activity
- Raise and track recruitment‑related purchase orders and monitor spend
This role is central to ensuring we attract great people, reduce time‑to‑hire and provide an excellent candidate experience.
About you
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders
- Experience using systems or databases (ATS/HR systems desirable)
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop recruitment expertise
Experience in recruitment or HR is helpful but not essential, what matters most is your potential and your approach. Please see the person specification for the full criteria.
