Introduction: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordination Intern to support hiring activities across the EMEA region. Based in London, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless interview coordination, efficient recruitment operations, and a high-quality candidate experience.You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders across multiple countries within the region, gaining exposure to cross-border hiring and fast-paced talent acquisition environments. We are looking at someone that is able to commit 6months or longer in this internship.
In this Role, you’ll get to:- Coordinate interview scheduling across EMEA, managing complex calendars and multiple time zones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from scheduling to feedback stages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Interview logistics, and recruitment documentation
- Track hiring activity and provide basic reporting on pipeline and coordination metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes and operational efficiency
- Support ad-hoc recruitment operations and projects as needed
What you'll Need to Succeed: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
- Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus
