What are we looking
for?
Expert Recruitment Consultants / Senior Consultants
who will be responsible for 360° delivery, both Account management and Business
development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to and working alongside our Senior
Recruitment Consultant - Team Lead and the General Manager directly.
• Developing new business, managing development of
prospects and successful completion of new business partnership for services
agreements and consulting services.
• Developing market presence in a creative style by
positioning as a leader in this marketplace.
• Managing and coordinating senior level
recruitment projects to ensure assignments are completed on time and to the
clients’ satisfaction.
• Researching and mapping out markets to identify
the best candidates.
• Defining strategies, search objectives and
timelines.
• Responsible for screening and interviewing
candidates to assess suitability.
• Assisting in remuneration negotiations between
clients and candidates.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 - 5 years proven track record in
Recruitment.
• Experience or at least understanding of working
on Retained (exclusivity) assignments would be a great advantage.
• Ability to work proactively, independently and on
own initiative while having a team spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to
work in a multicultural environment.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to
details.
• Very good command of both spoken and written
English.
