The Opportunity
This is a 360° recruitment role where you will own your market — from business development to candidate placement. You will work closely with senior decision-makers and top-tier talent, driving revenue and building long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Business Development & Client Growth
- Proactively win new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and C-level stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals confidently
- Develop your own niche market and become a go-to specialist
2. Talent Delivery & Execution
- Source and engage high-quality candidates proactively
- Conduct thorough interviews and market mapping
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer stage
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Performance & Revenue Ownership
- Drive and exceed monthly billing targets
- Maintain high activity levels (calls, meetings, CV submissions, interviews)
- Demonstrate resilience, discipline, and consistency
- Take full accountability for your desk performance
Requirements
