 Recruitment Consultant – Social Care
Manchester
Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission + Career Progression
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established, specialist recruitment agency focused on Health & Social Care staffing across the UK. The organisation is a leading name within the sector, known for its strong reputation in delivering high-quality permanent and temporary staffing solutions across adult social care, children’s services, supported living, and complex care markets. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within the Social Care sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with care providers and social care organisations
  • Source, screen, and place high-quality care professionals across multiple settings
  • Build and grow a strong pipeline of candidates and clients
  • Conduct business development calls and win new client accounts
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safeguarding and regulatory standards
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Work towards and exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment (social care or healthcare recruitment desirable)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven, resilient, and motivated mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-led environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Passion for the social care sector and making a difference
  • Knowledge of the UK care sector (desirable but not essential)
