We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support our expanding business.

Fresh graduates are welcomed as well.

Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Consultant on handling end-to-end recruitment process
• Conduct thorough database and desktop research
• Identify potential candidates and approach them via Phone calls, E-mail or any other possible method
• Update and maintain database
• Prepare marketing materials or assist on ad-hoc projects
• Assist on providing professional consulting services to both clients and candidates

Requirements:

• University graduate with degree in Banking & Finance or Marketing or related discipline
• Prior experience in recruitment industry will be an advantage
• Excellent phone manners
• Sales-driven with positive and can-do attitude
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin
