About the Role
Reed Norwich is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our highest‑performing team You will take ownership of an established Accountancy desk, specialising in placing part‑qualified accountancy professionals into permanent rolesacross Norwich and the surrounding areas.
This is a sales‑focused role where you’ll be responsible for both business developmentand candidate sourcing, building long‑term relationships with clients and connecting them with top-tier talent.

Drive new business through proactive sales, outreach, and marketing activity.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with employers.
Candidate Attraction & Selection
Create effective job adverts, network, and headhunt to source top talent.
