Are you an experienced recruiter looking to take the next step in your career? Join our high-performing Permanent Recruitment Division at Healthcare Australia (HCA), where you’ll partner with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes in the healthcare sector.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in client development, candidate sourcing, and the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll work closely with clients to build strong partnerships, whilst delivering high-quality candidates and achieving targets.

Day to day you will...

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support growth

  • Proactively source, screen and managing candidates through multiple channels

  • Provide candidates with advice on market trends, salary levels, and career opportunities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement

  • Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to team targets

We'd love to hear from recruiters who bring a strong knowledge of Nursing or Aged Care, or experience in Homecare, Allied health and Medical Imaging - and enjoy a role where you will have a mix of business development and great client delivery! Previous experience driving to achieve targets will be key to your success.
