The Consultant Partner is responsible for providing recruitment services to their clients and candidates with the support of company resources and like-minded people. The ideal person will have a proven track record of success in recruitment running a full desk and the desire to be more than what they are now. They will be confident in their ability to find the roles, the talent and then make that perfect match. They will be able to work independently as this role is a remote role within New Zealand that while needing to support the clients can do done from anywhere in New Zealand.
