Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a short-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates
- Utilize recruitment tools and techniques to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their job openings
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract top talent
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment process
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully filling job openings
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Own visa and available to work full-time for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension
