What You Will Do

• Leverage our existing warm corporate relationships across APAC to execute mid-to-executive level search mandates

• Build and scale your personal brand online and offline to establish an authority presence that pulls inbound clients and candidates to your desk.

• Utilize your professional connections to identify, structure, and capture creative business opportunities across the regional financial services and tech ecosystems.

• Own your desk end-to-end like a business-within-a-business, prioritizing long-term industry presence and revenue over superficial call volume metrics.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of recruitment agency experience in Hong Kong, ideally touching the financial services, fintech, or technology sectors.

• An entrepreneurial mind—you want to build a public personal brand and understand how to spot commercial value where others just see a resume.

• A proven track record of execution—you know how to match candidates, handle counter-offers, and close deals.

• Flawless communication skills with a polished corporate presence suitable for high-value APAC client interactions.
