Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360-degree recruitment), including business development, client management, and candidate sourcing.
Conduct cold calling and outreach to develop new client relationships and generate job opportunities.
Handle recruitment for IT positions, such as Software Development, Infrastructure, and related roles.
Support non-IT recruitment, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and other business functions as required.
Actively record and update information via internal CRM, e.g., candidate progress, interviews, client calls, etc.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition function within a recruitment agency
Proven experience in hiring IT roles (Developer, Infrastructure, or both). Non-IT recruiters with successful IT placements are also welcome.
Willingness to grow into a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant role.
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive client development.
Willing to recruit both IT and non-IT positions, including Engineering and Manufacturing job functions.
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
