About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant (TA & BD - aka 360-degree Talent Partner) at Qode, you will gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and closing deals. You will work closely with experienced recruitment consultants, contributing to various stages of the recruitment process and developing essential skills for a successful career in talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential talent pools.
• Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in recruitment events.
• Assist in managing client relationships by providing regular updates on candidate progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
• Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Good at English
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
