Your RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and delivering high-quality candidate profiles.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and building long-term, trusted partnerships with both new and existing clients.
• Source suitable candidates by identifying key talents within your industry and building strong professional networks.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through sourcing strategies, cold calling, networking, and other recruitment techniques.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while providing career consultation to candidates for both immediate and long-term career opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing market insights, candidate assessments, interview consultation, and offer negotiation to ensure successful placements.

Your PROFILE

• Relevant experience in Recruitment Consulting or Business Development, with a focus on Sales & Marketing / Manufacturing & Engineering / Supply Chain roles within the Industrial sector.
• A proven track record in recruitment and a genuine passion for building a long-term career in the recruitment industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation, planning, and time management skills.
• Time Management and Planning.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Hanoi Office: 7th floor, Prime Centre Building, 53 Quang Trung, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi City

Working time

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00
