Farmers Insurance – District 40 is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to help drive our talent acquisition efforts. Proactively source and connect with potential candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Develop, maintain, and manage a robust talent pipeline
Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates through clear and consistent communication
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
Evaluate qualifications for position alignment, cultural fit, communication skills, and motivation
Guide qualified candidates through each stage of the interview process
Keep candidate information updated and organized using CRM and recruiting tools
Manage interview scheduling and coordinate closely with leadership
Provide timely and professional follow-ups to keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
Adopt and implement best recruiting strategies learned from experienced team members
Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (call volume, interviews, hires, etc.)
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Self-motivated and driven by achieving results
Confident when making outreach calls and engaging new contacts
Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting
Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems
Interest in recruitment, HR, or business operations
