Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE + 30% Commission (No Thresholds)
Hybrid Working: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home

Your Role: Senior Engineering Recruiter

As a Senior Engineering Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in connecting highly skilled engineers with top-tier opportunities across industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and energy.

• Partner with clients – Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering the best talent solutions
• Source and engage top engineers – Use your expertise to find, screen, and secure high-caliber engineering professionals
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for both clients and candidates
• Stay ahead of industry trends – Provide market insights that position you as a trusted recruitment expert
