As a Recruitment Consultant – Travel Nursing, you’ll play a key role in growing our Travel Nurse workforce, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, and turning healthcare staffing needs into successful placements.

Day to day, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses and healthcare clients
  • Source, screen and interview high-calibre nursing candidates
  • Match nurses with opportunities that suit their skills, experience and preferences
  • Coordinate onboarding, compliance, references and documentation
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and help grow our Travel Nurse talent pool
