Hybrid Working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home after induction

About the Role
Reed Norwich is seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our highest‑performing team in the UK You will take ownership of a Marketing desk covering Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester and Cambridge.
This is a sales‑focused role where you’ll be responsible for both business development and candidate sourcing, building long‑term relationships with clients and connecting them with top-tier talent.

Create effective job adverts, network, and headhunt to source top talent.
