We are a fast-growing 360 recruitment agency specialising in marketing, creative and digital talent. We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of clients and candidates. This is a fully remote role with an uncapped bonus scheme and the opportunity to build a large client portfolio while developing your recruitment career.
Reporting into the Talent Operations Director and working closely with senior consultants, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle: business development, candidate generation, interview management and delivery of placements. This role combines revenue ownership with hands-on candidate engagement and consultative client management.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing full 360 recruitment - source, screen and place permanent and contract candidates across marketing, creative and digital disciplines.
Hitting and exceeding revenue targets - own monthly and quarterly fee targets, develop pipelines and convert opportunities into billings.
Business development and account management - generate new client relationships, grow existing accounts and act as a trusted hiring partner.
Candidate attraction and engagement - build and nurture talent networks using direct sourcing, social channels, referrals and CRM activity.
End-to-end recruitment delivery - manage the interview process, provide market insight, support offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate records and reporting - use ATS/CRM to track activity, update pipelining and report on KPIs and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal teams - partner with marketing and operations to improve sourcing, employer branding and candidate experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement - share best practice, support initiatives and help develop the wider team.
We're looking for a commercially driven recruiter with a consultative approach and a track record of delivery. You will be resilient, target-focused and comfortable working remotely while staying connected to a collaborative team.
You will have:
Proven experience in 360 recruitment within agency or in-house recruitment environments, ideally in marketing, creative or digital specialisms.
Commercial mindset - experience managing targets, pipeline and multiple live assignments to delivery.
Strong sourcing skills - proficiency using LinkedIn, job boards and boolean search to build candidate pipelines.
Excellent client and candidate relationship skills - consultative presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management.
Organised and process-driven - comfortable using ATS/CRM systems and producing timely activity reporting.
Self-motivated and resilient - able to manage a remote working pattern and prioritise to achieve targets.
Team player - willing to collaborate, share best practice and support wider desk growth.
