An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established, fast-paced recruitment agency specialising in Health & Social Care staffing.

You’ll be joining a high-performing team that supports a wide range of clients across the UK, supplying both temporary and permanent staff into complex care, supported living, domiciliary care, and residential services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within the Health & Social Care sector
Develop and maintain strong relationships with care providers and clients
Source, screen, and interview high-quality healthcare professionals
Build and grow a strong pipeline of candidates and clients
Negotiate terms of business and manage ongoing client accounts
Work towards and exceed personal and team performance targets
Ensure compliance with all recruitment and sector regulations
Provide an excellent candidate and client experience throughout

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment (Health & Social Care desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven, motivated, and resilient mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-led environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and develop within a growing sector
