Recruitment Consultant - Industrial desk

Location: Dublin
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Salary: €30,000+ (Trainee) / €35,000+ (Consultant) + uncapped commission

Are you an ambitious recruiter ready to take ownership of an Industrial recruitment desk across Ireland? This is your opportunity to make a real impact across both temporary and permanent markets, partnering with clients in sectors such as logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and production.

You’ll be joining a supportive, high-performing Dublin team with strong brand recognition, established relationships, and the tools to help you succeed from day one.

What you’ll be doing

Full 360 recruitment

• Develop new business and build your own client portfolio across Ireland

• Take detailed job briefs and advise clients on hiring strategy and market trends

• Source, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle

• Manage offers, negotiations, and successfully close placements

Candidate sourcing

• Use a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting

• Register, interview, and fully qualify candidates

• Carry out compliance checks and manage candidate pipelines

• Promote your candidates effectively and manage the full interview process

• Deliver fast, high-quality results for your clients

Building relationships

• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

• Provide expert advice and a high standard of service

• Network consistently to generate new opportunities and grow your desk
