Job Description

Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare
Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE + 10% Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a growing healthcare recruitment business with a strong presence across the UK. The organisation specialises in supplying high-quality staffing solutions across the healthcare market, supporting NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, and community services with temporary and permanent recruitment solutions. With strong operational support, established client relationships, and continued growth plans, this is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter looking to develop a successful healthcare desk with strong earning potential. This role would suit a commercially driven recruiter who enjoys both business development and candidate management within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full 360 healthcare recruitment desk
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients and candidates
  • Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Source, screen, interview, and place healthcare professionals
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
  • Coordinate compliance and onboarding processes
  • Achieve and exceed billing and performance targets
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to clients and candidates
  • Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment and operational teams

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within recruitment
  • Stable work history with no job hopping
  • Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is highly desirable
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Positive, resilient, and motivated attitude
