Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing high-calibre candidates within the insurance and adjusting sectors. You will be responsible for managing a 180 recruitment process sourcing and identifying top talent for some of the biggest names in the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with experience in the insurance or adjusting fields who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
● Candidate Sourcing: Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques including networking, headhunting, job boards, and social media to identify and attract top talent within the insurance and adjusting sectors.
● Candidate Screening: Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
● Job Advertising: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
● Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates, ensuring accurate records of all interactions.
● Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to provide expert advice to both clients and candidates.
● Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
● Offer Management: Assist in the negotiation of offers and terms of employment, ensuring a positive outcome for both the client and candidate.
● Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.


Requirements


Required Experience:
● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment
● Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in all level roles within a specialised industry.
● Strong understanding of the insurance and adjusting markets, including key industry players, trends, and challenges.
Skills and Attributes:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with both candidates and clients.
● Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
● Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
● Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● High level of professionalism and integrity.
