CGL – Retail Services is the retail marketing division of the Clemenger Group. About the Opportunity

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing and sourcing across a range of roles within the business.

The focus for this role is high volume retail Brand Ambassador recruitment and Merchandiser recruitment, however there is also a requirement for finding exceptional talent for Client Service Management and Business Management roles.

You work with a sense of urgency and are able to multitask and prioritise effectively demonstrate to support the ever changing business needs.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Previous experience in high volume recruitment
  • An understanding of current sourcing techniques
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
  • Relevant tertiary HR or business qualification preferred but not essential
