Job Description

Join us as we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants in line with our Malaysia office expansion plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the clients hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team/client to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, from candidate shortlisting, interviewing/assessing, providing client expert recommendations, to managing offers
  • Resourceful in sourcing for candidates using various platforms
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client portfolio
  • Stay active with current market trends by using job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, as well as to plan, create, and release job descriptions & announcements
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve personal and team targets

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field of studies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Corporate / B2B sales or experience working in recruitment agency is an added advantage
