Were looking for an entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant with a growth mindset who loves sales and people.
Youll spearhead full-cycle recruitment for some of the regions hottest startups and fastest-growing companies in the region while spending some of your time building the agency further.
Drive full-cycle recruiting (research --> source --> screen --> present --> coordinate --> negotiate --> close)
Take full ownership of both the candidate and client experience, ensuring best-in-class service to all those we interact with at all touchpoints
Be hyper-diligent in your work and deliver high-quality always everywhere
Utilise a variety of recruitment strategies and tactics, both inbound and outbound
