The Role
As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, balancing two key areas:

• Business Development: Spend a significant portion of your day prospecting, cold calling, and building new client relationships. You’ll pitch Harnham’s recruitment services to senior leaders like CEOs, VPs, and Directors, customizing your approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Candidate Sourcing: The rest of your day will be focused on sourcing and screening top technical talent to match the needs of your clients. You'll use headhunting, networking, and other methods to find the best candidates in the competitive Data & AI markets.

In this high-energy, target-driven role, you’ll build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, positioning yourself as the go-to expert in the Data & AI recruitment space. While rejection is part of the process, your resilience and motivation will ensure you stay on track to hit your targets and excel.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business development activities to cultivate new client relationships within the Data and Analytics sector.
• Source, screen, and place candidates in specialized roles using a variety of recruitment techniques such as cold-calling, networking, and targeted searches.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless transitions from client engagement to successful candidate placements.
