Recruiter – Mass Hiring & Operations
- Lead high-volume recruitment efforts (100+ hires per month).
- Source, screen, and endorse candidates for operational and frontline roles.
- Administer exams, conduct initial interviews, and manage job offer negotiations.
- Ensure smooth onboarding processes and compliance with company standards.
Role-Specific Strengths
Mass Hiring Recruiter: Skilled in sourcing, screening, and endorsing large candidate pools efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, with specialization depending on the role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required
