As the demand increases, we're seeking to build out our next generation of talent advisors, and are seeking for a recruitment associate to join Pinnacle Lead to work closely with the Partners of the business.
Your job as a Recruitment Associate will be dynamic, from the fundamentals of talent market-mapping, headhunting, to candidate screening and shortlisting, to providing career consultations and the development of talent strategies for our prospective partners. No two days will be identical, and the environment will provide a platform for one that thrives on meritocracy.
Our objective? To nurture the next generation of Pinnacle Lead partners that will operate within the Innovation & Technology ecosystem, and to do that, Pinnacle Lead have a structured learning and development program, providing our associates with:
