At ColorCrew, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Assistant to join our recruitment team at our headquarters in Alkmaar. You'll help us find and connect with new talent for some of the most exciting beauty, fashion and luxury brands across the Benelux.

You don't need years of recruitment experience. In fact, you don't need recruitment experience at all.

What matters to us is that you're proactive, communicative, organised and comfortable reaching out to people. We'll teach you the rest.

Who are we?

We are ColorCrew, a leading staffing and activation agency specialising in beauty, fashion and luxury.

We work with prestigious international brands such as Chanel, NARS, Charlotte Tilbury and Stanley, providing talented people for department stores, perfumeries, airports, pop-ups, events and brand activations throughout the Benelux.

Every week, around 200–300 ColorCrew professionals are out there representing our clients.

Behind them is our Office Crew in Alkmaar: an ambitious, international and energetic team that makes it all happen. As we continue to grow across the Benelux, we're looking for someone who can help us discover and connect with even more great talent — particularly for our French-speaking market.

What will you do?

As our Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Assistant, you'll work alongside our recruitment team and gradually learn the entire recruitment process.

One moment you might be searching for the perfect Beauty Advisor for a new luxury brand launch. The next, you're calling a promising candidate, arranging interviews or helping us build a new talent pool in Belgium.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Searching for potential candidates through recruitment platforms, social media and our own database
• Reaching out to candidates by phone, email and message
• Introducing candidates to ColorCrew and our available opportunities
• Scheduling interviews and following up with applicants
• Supporting recruiters with screening and shortlisting candidates
• Writing and publishing attractive job advertisements
• Keeping candidate information and our recruitment system organised and up to date
• Helping us recruit and coordinate our French-speaking talent pool
• Working closely with recruiters and account managers to understand exactly who we need for each project
• Coming up with creative new ways to find and attract talent

As you gain experience, there will be plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility and develop your recruitment skills.

Who are you?

You might be studying or at the beginning of your career. Perhaps your background is in HR, recruitment, hospitality, retail, beauty, fashion or customer service — or perhaps recruitment is completely new to you.

Either way, you enjoy working with people and aren't afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation.

You bring:

• Excellent French communication skills
• Dutch language skills are a strong plus
• A friendly, confident and professional communication style
• A proactive attitude — you like getting things done
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence approaching new people by phone or message
• The ability to switch between different tasks and priorities
• Curiosity about recruitment, sourcing and working with people
• A positive, team-oriented mindset
• Basic digital skills and the willingness to learn new recruitment tools

Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but definitely not required. We're happy to teach you.
