Job Summary:
The Recruitment & Staffing Services Officer is responsible for supporting recruitment, staffing
operations, employee relations, HR administration, payroll input coordination, and client service
activities. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accurate documentation, effective
communication, and efficient HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
â Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal talent databases.
â Support the deployment and management of outsourced and contract staff across client
locations.
â Maintain regular communication with employees and client supervisors on attendance,
welfare, and operational matters.
â Assist in resolving employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns in
line with Company policies.
â Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities
across internal and client-managed teams.
â Coordinate training schedules, onboarding sessions, and learning and development
activities for employees.
â Compile attendance, overtime, leave records, allowances, deductions, and other payroll related inputs for submission to the Payroll Team.
â Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee records and personnel
files.
â Conduct periodic audits of employee files to ensure documentation accuracy and
compliance
â Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and workforce reporting records to
support management decision-making.
â Analyse recruitment and workforce data and provide insights on staffing trends,
employee movements, and operational performance.
â Respond promptly and professionally to client staffing requests and HR-related inquiries.
â Participate in client meetings, site visits, and employee engagement sessions where
required.
â Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and
compliance initiatives.
â Support coordination with government and regulatory bodies where necessary and
participate in HR compliance and audit activities.
â Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and departmental activities while maintaining
the Staffing Services team’s agenda and follow-up schedules.
â Perform any other duties assigned by the Staffing Services Manager or line manager

Requirements
â Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration,
Psychology, or any science related discipline.
â 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, staffing services, HR operations, employee
relations, HR analytics, learning & development, or payroll support.
â Practical understanding of both recruitment and payroll processes is required.
â Experience working in a recruitment agency, outsourcing firm, consulting firm, or
structured HR environment is an added advantage.
â Excellent written and spoken English.
â Apt attention to detail.
â Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office and HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
