Job Description

• Key recruitment components include: searching, sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, and lead generation;
• Develop marketing plans and organise visits with potential clients to promote our payroll and recruitment services;
• Account servicing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates;
• Handle and follow up on client enquiries to develop new sales leads and help to achieve sales goals; 
• Develop the business by identifying new opportunities and key clients;
• Prepare job advertisements, candidates profiles and assessment reports.

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2 year or above working experience in Sales & Marketing/Customer Service preferable;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and a team player;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin;
• Strong client servicing values;
• Immediate Available is preferable;
• Location: Wanchai (5 days).
