The primary purpose of the Recruitment and Admissions Representative is to generate inquiries for Park University and support incoming students in navigating through the entire enrollment process to increase likelihood of attendance. The Recruitment and Admissions Representative works to grow brand awareness and student interest in Park University to yield a desired number of inquiries and applicants annually. This role will also work to maximize the number of students that start at the University. The Recruitment and Admissions Representative will identify potential students who want to start or further their education at Park University as well as initiate and nurture external and internal relationships that influence potential student decision making and increase the likelihood of student attendance.
Deliver enthusiastic Park UniversitypresentationsandGilbert CampustoursThis position will have goals in relation to the numberof external connectionsandcampustoursfor the recruitment period.
Collect inquiries from all outreach efforts and input on a daily basis. This position willwork with supervisor to solidifygoals in relation to the number ofappointments,inquiries,admitsand student startsforeachrecruitment period
Providedirection and support necessary to increaselikelihoodof student attendance andenable students toprepare for their first semester of class. This includes coordinating withmultipleofficeseffectivelyto support the students’ progress, questions, and paperwork.
Buildand implementa strategy and schedule that will create and foster relationshipsto grow brand awareness and generate student interestinParkUniversity.Thisrequiresresearchand initiative
Provide on-campus(including partner-campus or multi-campus)communicationwith prospective students through phone calls, school visits,appointments,emails, textmessagesand othermethodstobuild relationships andassistthem with the application and enrollment processon a daily basisThere will be specific seasonal commitments for outbound contact workand eventswhichincludesevenings and weekends
Promotes andrepresentsthe universityatfairs and recruitingevents as approved by thesupervisor.Responsible for inquiry generation andexpected to provide studentsupport throughout the enrollment process from inquiryto daytenofthestudent’s start term.Communication andstudent engagementwill be extremely important when transitioning students fromnon-matriculated toamatriculated statusThis includesattending, hosting, and executingopen house and orientation events,data entryusing the University CRMtoassure students are admitted and attendPark.
This position will cross collaborate with athletic coachessupport necessary to increaselikelihoodof student athlete attendance and enable students to prepare for their first semester of class.
Bachelor’sdegreerequired

Preference given to candidates with advising, marketing, or sales experience.

Preference given to candidates with working knowledge and experience with a wide range of computer technology such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), databases,telephonyand constituent relationship management (CRM) systems.
Mustbe able to use specialized software,such as Salesforce.

Able to work on a non-traditional schedule, specifically evenings and weekends.
Access to reliable transportation and the ability to meet the requirementsto bean approved Park University vehicle operator.
