We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our growing Cape Town office in a hybrid working capacity. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing end-to-end administrative support to the recruitment function across multiple teams Coordinating interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers across time zones Managing and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring candidate data is accurate and up to date Posting job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting initial candidate outreach where required Ensuring background checks, references, and compliance documentation are completed in a timely manner Assisting with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Preparing reports and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders Acting as a point of contact for general recruitment enquiries from candidates and hiring teams Requirements What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in a recruitment support or HR administration role (in-house or agency) Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal A proactive, service-driven mindset with a high level of attention to detail Confidence using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office/Google Suite Ability to work independently, while collaborating effectively within a team Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information Benefits Why Join Us?
