Recruitment Administrator
to join our growing Cape Town office in a
hybrid working
capacity.

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Providing end-to-end administrative support to the recruitment function across multiple teams

  • Coordinating interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers across time zones

  • Managing and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring candidate data is accurate and up to date

  • Posting job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting initial candidate outreach where required

  • Ensuring background checks, references, and compliance documentation are completed in a timely manner

  • Assisting with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

  • Preparing reports and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders

  • Acting as a point of contact for general recruitment enquiries from candidates and hiring teams


Requirements


What We’re Looking For:


  • Prior experience in a recruitment support or HR administration role (in-house or agency)

  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

  • A proactive, service-driven mindset with a high level of attention to detail

  • Confidence using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office/Google Suite

  • Ability to work independently, while collaborating effectively within a team

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
