Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse hotel roles
  • Conduct interviews and work closely with hiring managers
  • Manage onboarding processes and prepare employee documentation
  • Maintain HR systems and employee data
  • Support HR activities, training, and employee welfare initiatives

  • Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks in the HR department

    What We're Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment and/or administration (hospitality/service – big advantage)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation
  • High-level English (spoken & written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
  • Full-time position availability
