General Job Description
The Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key role in delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and the broader MPR team. This position leads the full recruitment lifecycle and serves as a critical partner in ensuring hiring processes are efficient, organized, and consistently executed across multiple office locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in supporting highly specialized technical searches, complex schedules, and maintaining strong attention to detail across multiple open roles. The Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with MPR’s leadership to manage interview logistics, candidate communications, and recruiting systems, while gaining exposure to broader human resources strategies.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and takes pride in creating smooth, professional experiences for others. The Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Manager has the opportunity to develop deep understanding of recruiting operations and technical hiring practices, making this an excellent foundation for continued growth in human resources. This is a full-time, exempt position and will report to the Director of Human Resources.
