Now as we grow, we are searching for a new Recruiting Specialist Intern (m/f/d) in our Madrid business unit.

What you'll do

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruitment process across Europe and different departments
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the entire Talent Acquisition journey contributing to a positive and seamless candidate experience
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and support the identification of candidates who align with our roles and company culture
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
• Keep candidates informed and supported at every stage of the process
• Support onboarding processes to ensure a great start for our new hires
• Contribute to exciting Employer Branding projects and initiatives

What we look for

• A strong interest and curiosity for the HR field, especially in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Ideally, some previous experience or exposure to recruitment (internships, projects, or academic experience count!)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (any additional language is a plus)
• Ideally available for a full-time internship (3-4 months)
• Based in Madrid, with availability to come to the office 2–3 days per week.
