ROSEN Mexico is looking for a Recruiting Specialist that will be based in Mexico City. This position reports directly to the Head of Human Resources and will be a part of the Talent Acquisition team.

What role you will play in our team

The successful candidate will collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to actively source for top talent to fill vacant positions in alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities:

What will I be doing?
• Conduct meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss existing and upcoming recruitment needs in close cooperation with the HR Business Partner.
• Draft, align and post job advertisements on various channels.
• Sources and screens resumes for qualified candidates based on job description requirements; engages with candidates through internal postings, employee referrals, job boards, social media, cold calling, direct sourcing, networking, and other alternative recruiting methods.
• Attract top talent through job fairs, social media, campus recruiting and tactical grassroots campaigns.
• Apply critical thinking and creativity to find new ways to reach candidates.
• Close communication with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the job requirements and expectations are clear and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
• Screens resumes and create a long-list to discuss with Hiring Manager.
• Conducts initial phone screen with all internal and external qualified candidates, makes recommendations to Hiring Manager on final selection, and schedules interviews.
• Provide information about the status of all recruiting projects to the HR Business Partner, Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Human Resources as well as the Hiring Manager.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency with filling positions and ability to manage multiple positions at one time.
• Manage quality and effectiveness of the Applicant Tracking System.

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?
• High School Diploma; degree in HR or BBA with emphasis in HR is preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years experience in full cycle Recruiting.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.

Qualification or Skills:

• Must have strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of human resource information.
