Developing a close working relationship with facility staff is a must.  The team will depend on your ability to find applicants using Paycom (Applicant Tracking System), social media, networking (schools, Government), as well as creating new contacts outside of job boards.

Recruiting Specialist

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or four to 10 years’ related experience (preferred) or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Paycom or related ATS.
- Professional, pleasant demeanor in a variety of settings with current, new, and potential employees.
- Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Preferred affiliation with nursing educational programs and organizations.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
