
Weichert Co is hiring a Recruiting Specialist in Morris Plains, NJ. This position is in the Morris Plains, NJ corporate headquarters or in the field, supporting the Branch Offices. The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for building a sales recruiting pipeline both in person and on the phone. The position must be a savvy communicator and relationship builder that can move seamlessly through different environments, personalities, job levels and continuously increases the hiring of productive real estate agents. The Recruiting Specialist prospects daily mainly through phone calls and builds relationships in person and online to help Weichert, Realtors sales leaders hire experienced, productive real estate agents. This proactive recruiting role follows the direction, standards and guidelines set forth by the Vice President, RE School and Agent Sourcing to maximize the opportunities for growing the sales force.

The estimated base salary range for this position is from $65,000. In addition to a base salary, this position offers a competitive commission structure. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon s everal factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant skills , education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or licenses/certifications.
