Our Talent Acquisition Team is growing. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for our Data Management team. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process that prioritizes both candidate experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting Business Partner: Collaborate with the Data Management Business leaders and the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Talent Pipeline: Consistently network and identify viable talent in the market for future needs.Source and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.).
• Assessment: Conduct competency-based interviews and validation through our technical team, ensuring that each onboarding meets the company's standard of excellence.
• Brand Ambassador: Representing and promoting EXL at job fairs, universities and technology events, a national level
• Employment Regulations: Adhere to Federal and State hiring laws & guidelines, Compliance and controls
• Candidate Engagement: Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Team Management: Lead, collaborate with recruiters and sourcers in the team to delivery ontime hiring while tracking and reporting hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.).
• Stay informed on trends and best practices in Data Management hiring and the talent market.
• Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on Data, Analytics, AI or Digital skills.
• Proven ability to source, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Led a team of 5+ recruiters & sourcers
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Oracle Fusion (Taleo), Workday).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
• A passion for delivering outstanding candidate and customer experiences.
• Strong interviewing skills to analyze and evaluate candidates.
• High organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Deep understanding of employment regulations to ensure compliance and support business growth.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
• HR experience / employee engagement will be a huge plus.
• Proficiency with Excel will be a plus.
