Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruiting activities: audit job contents, draft and review job descriptions, screen and recruit job applicants to fill open positions.

• Employer Branding: Build and enhance the company's employer brand through career pages, social media, and hiring events.

• Workforce Planning: Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs. Develop and execute scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

• Optimize Workflow: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience.

• Track Metrics: Analyze hiring data such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source quality to optimize budgets.

• Legal Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor legislation and corporate HR policies.

• Vendor Relations: Manage partnerships with external placement agencies, job boards, and headhunters.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology is plus.

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Track Record: Proven success in managing talent acquisition pipelines and scaling teams in fast-paced environments.

• Proficiency with professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and HRIS systems.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
